Being a part of the Rich Dad Education, we were shown many homes by TeamNuvision. I went ahead and hired Rudy Kusuma and Kerry Lam to assist me in searching for the right home that I wanted to purchase for my parents. We searched in Anaheim, and although their office is in the Los Angeles area they made an effort to come out anyway. We found a home in a great location under market value that my parents loved! We had some bumps in the escrow process, but were extremely happy with the support they gave us to make sure it all got done and that we were properly represented. I would strongly recommend Kyle and the VIP program to home buyer especially in today's competitive environment. I started my home purchase for almost a year. I was either unable to get accepted for my offers or taking too long to make a decision and missed the opportunity. Then, I found Kyle's team and the VIP program about two and half months ago. Kyle, without a doubt, is an exceptional realtor. Within seeing 5 condos, we made our first offer and it was accepted. Our offer was several thousands of dollars below the highest offer, but Kyle positioned it to be the most attractive to the seller. Kyle's many years of experience was definitely the tipping point between buying a property and letting one slip away. Within 3 weeks, we closed on the deal and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Throughout the home-buying process, there will be problems that come up and it's the job of the realtor to be reassuring, calm, collected, and effective. Kyle is the epitome of those descriptors. Clarence Yeung is a miracle worker from start to finish; he patiently educated, explained and answered any and all naive questions my husband and I had AT ANY TIME, and kept us thoroughly updated on the status of our transactions. His recommendations were on-point and always represented our best interests (from our budget to the quality of the homes and the neighborhoods) throughout the whole process (scheduling open houses, coordinating meetings and signatures with all our different schedules to go over paperwork, negotiating and scoring the best deal). We've worked with other agents in the past, and Clarence exceeds all of them in his knowledge and skills of the real estate market. We have yet to try his recommendation on KBBQ spots, so we can't vouch for his culinary tastes yet, but, we would totally recommend him and his whole team if you want a real estate agent who passionately looks out for your interests, and pampers you with attention, integrity and professionalism.
