I went ahead and hired Rudy Kusuma and Kerry Lam to assist me in searching for the right home that I wanted to purchase for my parents. We searched in Anaheim, and although their office is in the Los Angeles area they made an effort to come out anyway. We found a home in a great location under market value that my parents loved! His recommendations were on-point and always represented our best interests (from our budget to the quality of the homes and the neighborhoods) throughout the whole process (scheduling open houses, coordinating meetings and signatures with all our different schedules to go over paperwork, negotiating and scoring the best deal).
