Biography

Rudy lives in Temple City with his wife and two sons. He’s a home owner, investor, and a California licensed real estate broker.

Rudy is the Managing Director of  Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – Rudy Lira Kusuma Real Estate Team, Your REALTORS® Of Choice. He was recently selected as a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) and enjoys consulting with San Gabriel Valley sellers and buyers with the heart of a teacher, not a salesperson. Rudy has been hosting a weekly real estate educational workshops for home buyers, sellers, and investors since 2007. 

Rudy is the recipient of the 2013 and 2014 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award; This level of excellence is achieved by only less than 7% of the real estate agents in Southern California. In today’s real estate market, he has successfully negotiated more than $30 million of distressed sales with lenders nationwide, including Bank of America, Wachovia, Wells Fargo, Citi Mortgage, CHASE, Bank of The West, East West Bank, HSBC, and many more.

Rudy specializes in complex transactions representing property owners in disposition of their real estate, and has significant experience in pre-foreclosure sales, short sales, divorce sales, trust, and probate.
